All activities that occur under your account

UserFinder integrates with third-party services including:

Lead Data Providers - Business contact information
OpenAI - AI email generation
Google/Gmail - Email sending
Stripe - Payment processing

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. UserFinder is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

UserFinder and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UserFinder and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USERFINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
